Who uses hair clippers? Most people first encounter hair clippers at a barber shop or hair salon, and this is where most purchased clippers are used. But they are becoming quite popular for at home use, as well. Parents of young boys, or any man or woman with short hair who wants to keep well trimmed without making frequent trips to the salon or barbershop will appreciate the convenience of hair clippers.
